The processing fee is mandatory for all applicants. The examination fee changes by group and category.

- Group B processing fee: ₹500
- Group B examination fee for Unreserved and OBC: ₹1,000

- Research Officer (Unani): 16 | MD/MS in Unani System of Medicine and NCISM/CCIM registration | Not exceeding 40 years

Selection Process
The selection process includes an online CBT examination for all groups. Some posts also include an interview or skill test.
- CBT examination for all Group A, B, and C posts: 100 marks
- Research Officer CBT examination: 70 marks
- Research Officer interview: 30 marks
- Negative marking for each wrong answer: 0.25
- MTS negative marking: Not applicable
