The Haryana Happy Card Yojana aims to provide free bus travel for eligible low-income families in Haryana. Families can travel up to 1,000 km annually on Haryana Roadways buses for a nominal fee.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Happy Card, applicants must meet certain criteria.
- Eligibility: Antyodaya or BPL family in Haryana
- Annual Income: Does not exceed ₹1 lakh
- Residency: Permanent resident of Haryana
- PPP ID: Valid Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) ID
- Age: At least 18 years old
- Aadhaar Link: Aadhaar card linked to mobile number

Documents Required
Applicants need to provide specific documents to apply for the Happy Card.
- Family ID: Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP)
- Aadhaar Card: Valid Aadhaar Card
- Ration Card: Antyodaya Ration Card or BPL Card
- Mobile Number: Linked to Aadhaar for OTP verification
- Photograph: Recent passport-size photograph
How to Apply for the Happy Card Online
Follow these steps to apply for the Happy Card through the official portal.
- Visit Portal: ebooking.hrtransport.gov.in
- Click: Apply Happy Card
- Enter Details: PPP Family ID and captcha code
- OTP Verification: Enter OTP sent to your mobile
- Select Member: Choose family member for application
- Fill Details: Aadhaar number and other required fields
- Upload Documents: Scanned copies of required documents
- Select Depot: Your preferred Haryana Roadways depot
- Pay Fee: ₹50 non-refundable processing fee
- Save Receipt: Payment receipt and application/reference number

How to Collect Your Card
After applying, follow these steps to collect your Happy Card.
- Receive SMS: Notification when your card is ready
- Visit Depot: Chosen depot with Aadhaar card and application reference number
- Use Digital Card: Digital version for travel until physical card is collected
