Physical Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following physical standards before joining the training academy.
- 2.4 Km Run: 10 Minutes 30 Seconds
- Push Up: 40 repetitions
- Pull Up: 06 repetitions
- Sit Up: 30 repetitions
- Squats: Two Sets of 30 Repetitions
- Lunges: Two Sets of 10 Repetitions
- Swimming: Fundamentals of swimming
Salary Details
The pay scale for the selected candidates in the Indian Army TGC 145 is as follows.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100 – Rs. 1,77,500/- (Level 10)
- MSP: Rs. 15,500/- pm
